Emile Mausner is an artist and writer based in Orlando, Florida. She received her MFA in 2019 from Yale School of Art, where she was awarded the Carol Schlosberg Memorial Prize for Excellence in Painting. Mausner studied painting at the University of Central Florida (BFA 2017) and critical humanities at New College of Florida (BA 2012). Her work has been featured in Burnaway, Burrow Press, Cornelia, Strangeways, Superstars Only Magazine, and the XL Catlin Art Prize. She has exhibited in Florida, Louisiana, California, Illinois, Connecticut, and New York.
